The Community Portrait Project brings together 10 diverse groups of youth and adults from across the United States to conduct participatory research on an urgent issue in their community. Each group will be able to use their data to highlight and focus in on a particular issue from the What’s Your Issue? survey.
Together, the Community portraits will address policies relevant to local youth experiences such as police brutality, education, housing, queer and trans homelessness, foster care, health care, and immigration.
The results of the Community Portrait Project and the What’s Your Issue? survey will be available on our website and shared back to local communities, advocates, and policy-makers.
